Pysanky Ukrainian egg decorating workshop run by artist Helena Orlowski and Nataliya Cummings. Learn how to make a traditional wax-resist Ukrainian Easter Egg. An age old tradition of egg decoration in celebration of Spring,and with the arrival of Christianity, Ukrainians now make this exquisite egg art in Celebration of Easter. 3 hour long workshop hosted by Helena Orlowski in her beautiful house includes a gentle introduction to the Ukrainian Pysanky tradition. All materials are supplied along with traditional Ukrainian Herbal tea and delicious ukrainian lunch, suitable for vegetarians. £45 per person all inclusive. Spaces are very limited due to house capacity. 10% of profits will be donated to grassroots organisations in Ukraine.
