Pysanky Ukrainian egg decorating workshop run by artist Helena Orlowski and Nataliya Cummings.

Learn how to make a traditional wax-resist Ukrainian Easter Egg in friendly and relaxed atmothphere. An age old tradition of egg decoration in celebration of Spring, and with the arrival of Christianity, Ukrainians now make this exquisite egg art in Celebration of Easter. 3 hour long workshop hosted by Nataliya and Helena includes a gentle introduction to the Ukrainian Pysanky tradition. We will lerarn 2 different techniques and will be able to decorate 2 eggs during 3 hour long workshop. All materials are supplied along with traditional Ukrainian lunch (suitable for vegetarians) with herbal tea from Ukraine and delicious cakes. £45 per person all inclusive. 10% of profits will be donated to Ukrainian charity that provides art session to children and young people in Ukraine.
